Sean Godar, Ph.D.
Director, Solutions Development
Sean directs solutions development at Employers Health. His role is to assess health benefit products, technologies and educational opportunities for Employers Health members. Sean works closely with employers and human resource professionals to identify health benefit issues and develop product-driven strategies that increase employee engagement and promote financial, physical and mental wellness.
Prior to joining Employers Health, Sean worked as a Research Assistant Professor in the Department of Pharmacology and Toxicology at the University of Utah, where he studied the impact of early-life stress on the development of mental illness. He is currently an Executive MBA candidate at the Duke University Fuqua School of Business. Sean obtained his Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry at the University of Dayton and his Doctorate in Molecular Pharmacology and Toxicology at the University of Southern California.
