Lisa Oesch
As the controller at Employers Health, Lisa is responsible for the processing and oversight of core accounting functions while ensuring compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements. She supports the CFO by providing timely and accurate financial information on the organization’s performance. In addition, Lisa collaborates with external vendors to facilitate financial processes, foster strong relationships and ensure the accurate and timely distribution of client-related pass-through funds.
Lisa graduated summa cum laude from Walsh University with a bachelor’s degree in accounting and a minor in Spanish. She became a certified public accountant in January 2015 and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and Ohio Society of CPAs. Lisa’s previous experience includes over four years in public accounting, where she provided assurance services to clients in the not-for-profit and manufacturing industries.
