Emma Clapper
Emma is Employers Health’s director of sales operations. She leads the sales operations team, focused on driving sales success through strategic support and streamlined processes that improve efficiency. Additionally, she is responsible for supporting broker relationships and implementing new business strategies.
She began her career with Employers Health as a sales operations intern and has served in progressively responsible roles over the past 8 years. Emma graduated cum laude from The University of Akron with a Bachelor of Science in biology and a minor in health care selling. Furthering her education, Emma received her Master of Business Administration at The University of Akron. Finally, she serves as a member of the United Way of Greater Stark County’s Young Leaders Society and was a participant in Leadership Stark County’s Spotlight program in 2022.
