Ashley Rhodes
Ashley is a client solutions specialist supporting self-insured employers nationwide. She works closely with benefits professionals to provide thoughtful, tailored guidance and foster strong collaboration between Employers Health clients, their PBM and other benefits vendors. With deep expertise in employee benefits, she is known for building trusted relationships, streamlining processes and proactively solving challenges to create a positive, seamless client experience and drive long-term satisfaction and retention.
Ashley is a graduate of Kent State University, where she earned her bachelor’s degree in psychology. Before joining Employers Health, she worked in learning and development, designing and delivering enterprise programs that brought business goals to life through meaningful learning experiences. Outside of work, Ashley enjoys spending time in the kitchen creating meals to share with family and friends.
