Ava Oberle
Ava is a data analytics specialist at Employers Health. In this position, she assists the Employers Health team and its clients through data analysis and strategies tied to medical and pharmacy benefit plans to drive positive results. Her expertise ensures clients receive insightful, data-driven recommendations to optimize their pharmacy plans.
Ava earned dual bachelor’s degrees in data analytics and biology from Denison University. During her time at Denison, she served as a student tour guide, worked as a research assistant and sang in the Chamber Singers choir. She also held the role of recruitment director for her sorority and completed several internships focused on data analytics and research. Outside of work, Ava enjoys singing, attending concerts, traveling, reading, staying active and spending time with friends and family.
