Brooke Zahn, MBA, CEBS
As a director of client solutions, Brooke provides customized support to benefits professionals throughout the U.S. She works to ensure proactive and collaborative management between Employers Health clients and their employee benefit vendors. Additionally, Brooke helps lead and develop the client solutions team, providing her direct reports with the tools needed to deliver high satisfaction rates.
She is a graduate of the Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS) program through the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans (IFEBP). Brooke obtained a bachelor’s in marketing and management with a minor in exercise science from the University of Mount Union and obtained her Master of Business Administration with a concentration in health care management from Fitchburg State University. During her time at Mount Union, she was a three-year letterman on the volleyball team, which took her overseas to play volleyball in Costa Rica and Nicaragua. Brooke currently serves on the board of directors for the Butterfly of Hope Foundation. When not at work, Brooke enjoys hiking and spending time with friends and family.
