Yerosan Bekele
Yerosan is a client solutions specialist supporting self-insured employers nationwide. In this role, she provides personalized support and solutions to benefits professionals. She works to ensure proactive and collaborative management between Employers Health clients, their PBM and other benefits providers while maintaining high rates of satisfaction and retention. In this role, she ensures client expectations are met and seamlessly exceeded, proactively working to achieve ideal results to help clients reach their pharmacy benefit plan goals.
She graduated from Arizona State University with a bachelor’s degree in business technology and project management. Prior to joining Employers Health, Yerosan gained experience interning for multiple Fortune 500 companies across various industries including defense, technology and beverage. An avid traveler, she has visited 15 countries. When not at work or traveling, she enjoys reading and spending time with family, friends and her dog, Friday.
