Madison Russo
Madison is a sales operations specialist at Employers Health. In this role, she is responsible for optimizing the organization’s operational infrastructure, with a focus on the customer relationship management platform. She also supports the team by contributing to reporting, forecasting and budgeting efforts.
Madison graduated summa cum laude from Walsh University with a bachelor’s degree in finance and sports management. While at Walsh, she was a member of the university’s softball team, Sigma Beta Delta honors society and participated in the 2025 February CFA Competition — an annual global competition providing university students with hands-on mentoring and intensive training in financial analysis and professional ethics. Prior to joining Employers Health, Madison completed two internships in the sales and finance departments with the Akron RubberDucks, the Double-A affiliate of the Cleveland Guardians.
