Liz Donley, CEBS

Liz Donley is a client solution executive at Employers Health. She supports self-insured plan sponsors nationwide. By collaborating with HR and benefits professionals, Liz helps plan sponsors optimize their pharmacy benefit strategies to align with their organizational goals and deliver measurable value.

She graduated cum laude from Kent State University with a bachelor’s degree in communications. Liz further advanced her benefits expertise by completing the Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS) program through the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans. Prior to joining Employers Health, Liz spent several years in custom residential home sales. She currently serves on the board of directors for JRC, supporting its mission to enrich lives through educating children, engaging seniors and strengthening the community. When traveling, she enjoys finding local coffee shops to try.
