Megan Long, CEBS

As a client solutions executive supporting self-insured employers across the U.S., Megan works closely with benefits professionals to deliver tailored strategies and foster strong client engagement. She takes a proactive, collaborative approach working with Employers Health clients, their PBM and other benefits providers. With plan sponsors, her goal is to drive high levels of client satisfaction and long-term retention.

She earned a bachelor’s degree with highest honors in molecular genetics and a minor in economics from The Ohio State University. She later obtained her surgical technology/assisting degree from The University of Akron, followed by a Master of Health Administration from Louisiana State University. Additionally, Megan holds a Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS) designation.

Prior to joining Employers Health, Megan worked as a surgical assistant. In this role, she gained clinical experience across cardiovascular, thoracic, vascular, orthopedic and plastic surgery settings. Outside of work, she has lived overseas in Shanghai, China, enjoys traveling the world and can often be found supporting her son and daughter with their many activities.
