Niket Patel is a clinical advisor at Employers Health helping to enhance plan sponsors’ pharmacy benefit plans across the U.S. He identifies key clinical strategies to assist clients in making better pharmacy benefit decisions on behalf of their populations, reducing healthcare costs and improving patient outcomes. Working alongside the client solutions and data analytics teams, Niket also informs consultants and their clients regarding new drug data and trends that may impact their plans.

Niket received his bachelor’s degree and Doctor of Pharmacy from The Ohio State University, going on to gain experience in pharmaceutical market access. While in pharmacy school, he gained managed care and clinical experience at Summa Care, The Ohio State Medication Assistance Program and a telehealth medication management program. In his free time, he enjoys the outdoors, playing recreational sports and exploring new restaurants around Columbus.
