Justin Swihart, M.S.

Justin Swihart is the director of actuarial and data analytics at Employers Health. In this role, he provides expert data analysis and strategic support for both the Employers Health clients solutions team and employer clients. Justin aids in enhancing outcomes for pharmacy benefit plans through tailored analytical approaches.

Prior to joining Employers Health, he gained valuable experience while serving in the United States Air Force, retiring after 20 years of service. Throughout his career as a Security Forces member, Justin applied his analytical skills through intelligence gathering, security enhancement, manpower and finance. He achieved his Master of Science in Business Analytics from American Military University and a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Leadership from Brandman University.
