Zack Putnam
As Employers Health’s sous chef, Zack Putnam works alongside the executive chef to craft delectable dishes for employees and clients. He assists with daily kitchen operations, banquets and events, ensuring every meal meets high standards of quality and presentation. With a passion for culinary creativity, Zack continually seeks new ways to elevate the dining experience.
Zack has spent the past five years across various kitchens in the Canton-Akron area. He brings a wealth of knowledge in kitchen management, catering and corporate cooking and events. Prior to joining Employers Health, Zack served as executive sous chef at AVI, overseeing operations at Timken’s global headquarters and leadership roles at Sodexo and Fat Head’s Brewery.
