Susan Vining is the benefits leader at Hargrove & Associates Inc. In this role, she oversees the strategy and administration of the company’s comprehensive employee benefits program. With more than two decades in human resources and deep expertise in benefits, she has built and now leads a dedicated benefits team supporting a growing organization.
Susan specializes in self-funded plan strategy, compliance oversight, vendor partnerships and financial stewardship. She is passionate about designing sustainable benefit programs that attract and retain talent while balancing cost management, risk mitigation and employee experience. Susan received her bachelor’s degree from the University of West Florida and holds numerous benefits professional certifications.
