She has been coaching for over 14 years, working with clients from diverse backgrounds, supporting them in achieving their health and well-being goals through personalized coaching, practical strategies and evidence-based techniques. Her mission is to guide others in developing the tools needed to thrive in all aspects of life. When she is not coaching, you can find Rachel enjoying the outdoors, spending time with her dog, learning Portuguese and traveling.
