Elizabeth Corll, MBA Bath & Body Works
Elizabeth Corll leads the benefits team at Bath & Body Works Inc., a role she has held since May 2018. In this position, she oversees the strategy and implementation of employee benefits programs across the U.S., Canada, Puerto Rico and other global locations. Her responsibilities encompass health and welfare plans, retirement plans and the associate stock purchase plan.
Before joining Bath & Body Works, Elizabeth spent six years with The Wendy’s Company in a similar role within their benefits team. Her career began at Prudential, where she gained extensive experience with retirement plans and later expanded her expertise to include health and welfare plans.
Elizabeth received her undergraduate degree from Ohio University and completed her Master of Business Administration from Ohio Dominican University.
