Each year Employers Health surveys its clients to gain valuable feedback regarding their experiences with our organization and the vendors with which we work. We use the results of the survey to guide our team in providing the best possible service to employers and plan sponsors throughout the U.S. Questions cover everything from how clients realize value from their relationship with Employers Health to if the client plans to renew their membership.
While we share the results of the survey each year, this year’s results are especially exciting as we achieved a 4.75 overall client satisfaction score, our highest yet. We are proud to report that we have exceeded our goal of achieving a 4.6 or higher each year since we began conducting the survey six years ago. This is a testament to the outstanding work and dedication of our client solutions, clinical and all Employers Health team members in helping our clients deliver high-quality health care benefits at a sustainable cost.
Additionally, 100% of survey respondents stated they plan to renew their contract and 100% said they would recommend Employers Health adding, “I do not know how an employer can effectively manage their plan without the assistance of EH,” and “the contract negotiation expertise and auditing functionality are top notch.”
When asked how Employers Health provides value to their organization, responses included:
