Reduce Rising Health Care Costs

Our History

In the early ‘80s, employers were looking for ways to reduce rapidly rising health care costs. With the goal of containing health care costs in the community, nine of Stark County’s largest employers came together to form The Stark County Health Care Coalition, now known as Employers Health. In its initial year, the coalition represented over 20,000 employees.
