Kevin Wenceslao, PharmD, MBA
Kevin is a clinical leader in managed care pharmacy with over eight years of experience supporting employer-sponsored pharmacy benefit strategies. He currently manages a team of pharmacists and serves as a trusted resource to clients on emerging trends, high-impact therapies and plan design. In his role, Kevin works closely with the clinical team, engaging with clients to help navigate an evolving pharmacy landscape and understand complex clinical topics, such as obesity and biosimilar access.
Outside of Employers Health, Kevin is passionate about raising awareness of managed care pharmacy. He served on the board of Academy of Managed Care Ohio-Kentucky from 2021 to 2024 and has worked closely with Northeast Ohio Medical University’s College of Pharmacy to develop mentorship and educational opportunities for pharmacy students interested in this non-traditional career path. Kevin earned his Doctor of Pharmacy from The Ohio State University and his Master of Business Administration from Youngstown State University.
