Patrick Henry, PharmD, MBA
As a clinical advisor, Patrick provides clinical insight for self-insured plan sponsors in the U.S. He discusses the drug pipeline, overall market trends and strategy recommendations with his clients to promote health outcomes while reducing costs. By integrating his clinical expertise with his extensive knowledge of the pharmacy landscape, Patrick plays a key role in operationalizing solutions for plan sponsors and their members. In addition, he assists in delivering flu shots as part of the Employers Health Flu Immunization Program.
Prior to joining Employers Health, Patrick worked in various pharmacy settings including retail and specialty. Patrick obtained his Doctor of Pharmacy and his undergraduate degree in neurobiology from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. He completed his residency training with Employers Health, establishing a strong foundation in managed care. In 2025, he earned his Master of Business Administration in organizational leadership from Youngstown State University.
