Dan Dorman, MBA, CEBS

Dan Dorman is a client solutions executive supporting self-insured employers across the U.S. In this role, he works closely with benefits professionals to deliver tailored strategies and foster strong client engagement, ensuring a proactive, collaborative approach between Employers Health clients, their PBM and other benefits providers. His focus on relationship management and strategic alignment helps drive high levels of client satisfaction and long-term retention.

Dan brings a background in project management and client-focused problem solving, along with a passion for building meaningful relationships and delivering measurable results. He earned his bachelor’s degree in entrepreneurship from Grove City College. He later received his Master of Business Administration from Fitchburg State University and holds a Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS) designation.
