Brett Pinson, MBA, CEBS
Brett is a senior director of client solutions supporting self-insured employers throughout the United States. In this role, Brett provides customized support to benefits professionals to ensure proactive and collaborative management between Employers Health clients, their PBM and other employee benefits providers. He strives to help clients create exceptional pharmacy plans that lead to high rates of satisfaction and retention.
He is a graduate of the Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS) program through the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans (IFEBP) and the Leadership Stark County Spotlight program. Brett currently serves on the board of directors at Compassion Delivered in Stark County, where he served as board president for two years. He holds a bachelor’s in business management from Grove City College, where he was a three-year letterman and team captain on the school’s football team. While on the team, he was voted team MVP, all-conference and academic all-conference. Finally, Brett received his Master of Business Administration through Ashland University with a specialty in finance and supply chain.
