Tu Doan, PharmD
As a clinical advisor, Tu works closely with Employers Health’s vice president of client solutions and clinical team to assist benefit professionals in developing strategies to reduce costs while improving health outcomes. In this role, he makes plan design recommendations and provides information on new drugs and overall trends. Additionally, he assists in delivering flu shots as part of the Employers Health Flu Immunization Program.
Before joining Employers Health, Tu dedicated his training to step therapy optimization through data analysis, strategic guidance through pharmacy rebate projections and database design for comprehensive medication reviews. Tu obtained his Doctor of Pharmacy and his undergraduate degree in microbiology from The University of Texas at Austin.
