Grant Goff is a business development executive at Employers Health. In this role, he works with benefits consultants, employers and their benefits teams to identify opportunities to improve health outcomes while reducing costs. Grant began his career at Employers Health as a client solutions executive working with clients and their benefits teams to achieve their goals by providing proactive and collaborative support when working with their pharmacy benefit manager.
Prior to joining Employers Health, Grant worked as an assistant basketball coach at both The University of Mount Union and Mount Vernon Nazarene University. He holds a bachelor’s in sport sciences from Ohio University where he additionally consulted for the Chicago Bulls and Columbus Blue Jackets. Grant obtained his MBA with a concentration in organizational management from Mount Vernon Nazarene University. Before college and beginning his professional career, Grant was a senior captain and four-year letterman on the cross-country team at his alma mater, Jackson High School.
