Travis Tate, PharmD CVS Health
Travis Tate is vice president, formulary and trend solutions with CVS Health, with a focus on ideation, innovation and management of clinical products and services. As a senior clinical leader, Travis leverages his extensive experience as a client to influence strategy and development of cost management solutions within the organization. Currently, Travis and his team are focused on formulary and UM strategies, with a focus on biosimilars, GLP-1’s and specialty cost containment.
Travis brings over 19 years of experience in the pharmacy sector to his role, including 5+ years in executive leadership at an employer client. Prior to joining CVS, Travis served as the Chief Pharmacy Officer (CPO) for the State of Oklahoma’s employee health plan, HealthChoice.
Travis received his Doctor of Pharmacy degree from Southwestern Oklahoma State University.
