Jeff Zimon is the founding Partner of Zimon LLC, a boutique ERISA, employee benefit and compensation law firm. Jeff is also the founder and CEO of EZ ERISA, LLC, and its technology based EZERISAPlan.com, a multifaceted compliance service provider in the group benefits industry. He has more than 30 years of experience advising clients on all aspects of employee benefits, and benefits disputes and litigation.
Previously, Jeff was a partner and chair of the Employee Benefits and ERISA Litigation Group at a large regional 200-lawyer law firm, headquartered in Cleveland, Ohio. He brings his deep technical skills, consultative approach and direct litigation and dispute background to guide his clients to achieve success. Jeff has represented a wide range of businesses in a diverse range of industries. In addition to extensive experience in the retirement plan space, including all forms of qualified and non-qualified retirement benefits, fiduciary responsibilities, compliance claims and related matters, Jeff and his firms work extensively in nearly every area of group benefits.
