Srini Pillay Reulay
Srini Pillay, M.D. is a Harvard-trained psychiatrist and brain researcher who is also a certified master executive coach with more than two decades of experience in applying brain science to mindset shifts. He is the CEO of NeuroBusiness Group, where he pioneered a field of leadership called neurocoaching®.
In working with leaders globally, he was voted “one of the Top 20 movers and shakers in leadership development” in the world by Training Industry. Srini has taught in the executive education program at Harvard Business School and is currently on the faculty of Duke Corporate Education (#1 in custom corporate education in the U.S.). He also serves as a member of a think tank at McKinsey & Co. called “The Consortium for Learning Innovation.”
His current role includes being the co-founder/chief medical officer/chief learning officer at a startup called Reulay, which leverages machine learning to provide research-based and research-backed virtual reality experiences to companies to help reduce stress and build resilience, agility and creativity. He has written several books including ‘Life Unlocked: 7 Revolutionary Lessons to Overcome Fear”, “Your Brain and Business: The Neuroscience of Great Leaders”, and “Tinker Dabble Doddle Try: Unlock the Power of the Unfocused Mind.”
Srini is also a musician and recently completed writing a musical. He works at the nexus of science, art and technology. For his last three programs that measured the impact of the programs that Srini delivered for two Fortune 500 organizations (two of them were for the same organization), his net promoter scores (NPS) were 87, 90, and 97 (in a range of -100 to +100).
