Darla Creswell Aggreko
Darla Creswell is Aggreko’s North American benefits manager, leading the strategy, planning and administration of benefit plans for employees in the U.S., Puerto Rico and Canada. In addition, she supports the organization’s Latin American benefit strategies and is instrumental in its overall global benefit plans. Aggreko is the leading supplier of temporary energy solutions with 6,100 employees in 90 countries and is currently experiencing rapid growth and focusing on green initiatives. Prior to Aggreko, Darla spent 19 years with Alight Solutions, focused on health benefit administration in several roles, including health solutions client leader and health and welfare domain manager.
