As the City of Wilmington, Delaware’s director of employee benefits, she delivered significant impact by expanding the portfolio of employee services, including the creation of original wellness initiatives such as We Go HARD for Health™ and reducing and avoiding health care expenditures by nearly $10 million.
Her extensive career spans across consulting, executive search, process transformation, marketing and branding for nonprofits and global organizations such as Microsoft and Gartner. Today, she leads the development of financial wellness and empowerment programs within the Office of the City Treasurer, continuing her commitment to strengthening the health and economic well-being of Wilmington’s employees, retirees and residents.
