Chris Ruegg Gallagher
Chris Ruegg is vice president, employee benefits and pharmacy services at Gallagher. He brings more than 32 years of pharmacy benefit management experience and is known for his strong analytical, presentation and relationship development skills. Prior to joining AssuredPartners, now a part of Gallagher, Chris served as director of business development for the eastern region at RxBenefits and held multiple leadership roles at Express Scripts, including vice president of sales.
He began his career with National Prescription Administrators, where he served as vice president of sales prior to the organization’s acquisition by Express Scripts. Chris’ areas of expertise include cross-functional team leadership, employee benefits, pharmacy benefit management, managed care and strategic planning, along with process improvement and account management. He holds bachelor’s degrees in accounting and business administration from Rutgers University.
