Brandon Speck serves as manager of benefits strategy and design at The Timken Company. In this role, he and his team are responsible for the implementation, effectiveness and ongoing strategy of Timken’s domestic and global health, welfare, well-being and retirement benefit plans and programs. Brandon also has responsibility for the diligence and integration of benefit plans and programs amongst all Timken acquisitions, both domestically and globally.
Prior to focusing on the strategy and design of Timken’s benefit plans and programs, he spent four years at Shearer’s Snacks in various operational and supply chain finance roles and four years at The Timken Company as a financial analyst.
He obtained his bachelor’s degree in marketing and accounting from Walsh University where he was also a four-year member of the men’s basketball team. Brandon is active in the community, having volunteered for various organizations such as Habitat for Humanity, Junior Achievement and the United Way.
