Ashley Snyder CVS Caremark
As a Strategic Account Executive, Ashley is the primary liaison between CVS Health and clients within the Employers Health Coalition. In managing these accounts, Ashley provides research and analysis to evaluate account performance and understand account requirements, matches company capabilities with those requirements and formulates strategic planning. She establishes and builds solid relationships with the clients’ key decision makers and provides expert consultation to help CVS Health manage and meet client expectations. She also provides leadership and direction to support groups responsible for program administration, service issue resolution and routine data collection and assessment.
Ashley joined CVS Caremark in August 2009 and has held various roles within the organization. She started her career with CVS Caremark working in the Clinical Department as a Certified Pharmacy Technician where she utilized the clinical programs set in place by clients to reach out to doctors with drug-saving edits. In 2011, she transferred to CVS Pharmacy as the lead pharmacy technician in the retail setting where she was able to learn more about another side of the business and experience working one-on-one with members. In 2014, Ashley became an account manager with clients in the coalition space. Becoming a senior account manager allowed Ashley to take on larger and more complex clients and along with providing exceptional client service. Ashley was also recognized with an Outstanding Performance Award in Account Management for years 2015 and 2016 and was awarded a Welcome Season Champion Award for the 2017 year and an Outstanding Performance Award for the 2019 year.
Ashley completed a bachelor of science degree in nutrition/dietetics at Indiana University of Pennsylvania.
