Amanda Gallagher PwC
Amanda is a director in PwC’s National Pharmacy Practice. She has over 27 years of experience in pharmacy benefits, specialty pharmacy and home infusion industries with extensive experience in pharmacy benefit management (PBM) for Medicare Part D and commercial plans. In her current role, Amanda oversees PBM consulting and clinical activities, including benefit design consulting, project management for PBM migrations, contract review, contract monitoring services, RFPs, development of non-traditional pharmacy benefit configurations and development of pharmacy quality measures.
Prior to joining PwC, Amanda worked for a nationally recognized pharmacy health care provider. As the director of product development, she was responsible for creating and implementing new service offerings for specialty pharmacy, mail order pharmacy and PBM clients. Her overall experience includes managed care and government plans, large corporations and union health funds. Amanda holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Rhode Island and a Master of Management with a specialization in health care administration from Cambridge College.
