Madison Connor, J.D., CEBS
Madison is responsible for monitoring state and federal legislative and regulatory developments that may impact employer sponsored health plans. She provides updates to employers and consultants on topics such as state pharmacy benefit legislation, ERISA preemption, federal transparency requirements and key litigation impacting health benefit plans.
She obtained her bachelor’s degree from The University of Toledo and her Juris Doctor from The University of Akron School of Law, where she also obtained a Health Law Certification. She currently serves on the board of directors for CommQuest Services, the Domestic Violence Project, Inc. and the Women’s Board of Aultman Hospital.
