Travis Johns
As a vice president of client solutions, Travis helps manage vendor relationships and provides strategic and tactical support to clients. He provides ongoing oversight and serves as a point of escalation, helping to achieve heightened levels of satisfaction for Employers Health clients. Travis is a graduate of the Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS) program, through the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans (IFEBP), earned his Society of Human Resources Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) designation. He obtained a bachelor’s degree in managerial marketing from Kent State University and his master’s in health care administration with a focus in human resources from Colorado State University Global Campus.
He participated in the 2018 spring class of the Leadership Stark County Spotlight Program and was a 2023 graduate of the Leadership Stark County Signature’s 36th class. Travis currently serves on the board of directors of NAMI Stark County, where he serves as second vice president. Additionally, he is an active member of the Paul and Carol David YMCA advisory board. Travis is also a world record holder. In 2018, he and a teammate broke the record for most ping pong balls caught with a ladle in one minute at the Guinness World Records Museum in Los Angeles, California.
