Sophia Dimos
Sophia is a client solutions specialist supporting self-insured employers nationwide. She works closely with benefits professionals to ensure proactive and collaborative management between Employers Health clients, their PBM and other benefits providers. Through personalized support, Sophia aids in seamless plan management that drives satisfaction and retention.
She graduated from Walsh University with a Bachelor of Business Administration in finance. Prior to joining Employers Health, she gained experience as a retail associate, implementing customer engagement strategies and providing website maintenance and developing financial practices for the management of acquired e-commerce brands. In her free time, she enjoys playing tennis, running and spending time with family and friends.
