As a client solutions specialist, Michaela works closely with benefits professionals to ensure proactive and collaborative management between Employers Health clients, their PBM and other benefits providers. She works to foster strong, collaborative relationships with benefits professionals to ensure high satisfaction and retention rates. With a background in project management and operations, she is passionate about streamlining processes to support meaningful, people-first client experiences.
Michaela earned her Bachelor of Business Administration and brings over 10 years of experience in client services, health care and wellness. Prior to joining Employers Health, she held leadership roles as a project and operations manager, where she led cross-functional initiatives and supported small businesses by optimizing workflows and enhancing customer support strategies. Outside of work, Michaela is a certified yoga and barre instructor and a former newborn care specialist, supporting families throughout their postpartum journeys. She lives in Canton, Ohio, with her husband, two daughters and dogs. She enjoys spending time outdoors, cooking and traveling the world with her family and friends.
