Ayesha Ahmad is a client solutions specialist supporting self-insured employers nationwide, bringing a personalized, empathetic approach to collaborating with benefits professionals. She works closely with Employers Health clients to proactively manage relationships with PBMs and other benefits providers. By fostering open relationships and creating a seamless experience, Ayesha helps organizations navigate the complexities of pharmacy benefits with confidence — driving strong satisfaction, lasting connections and meaningful progress toward their plan goals.

Ayesha is a proud alumna of The Ohio State University, where she earned her Bachelor of Arts in English with minors in human nutrition and history – a combination that speaks to both her intellectual curiosity and her well-rounded approach to the world. She went on to earn two graduate degrees, both with honors: a Master of Business Administration from Kent State University and a Master of Studies in Law from The University of Akron. With a diverse professional background spanning sales, marketing, operations and beyond, Ayesha brings a wealth of knowledge and a versatile skill set to the workplace. She is deeply committed to making a meaningful difference in the lives of others. When she’s not working, Ayesha loves spending time with her family, traveling, Pilates and baking. She enjoys giving back to the community and serves on the volunteer committee for Beech Creek Botanical Gardens in Alliance, Ohio.
