As a member of the account management team, Kelly works closely with members to provide strategic oversight of their benefit programs. Kelly is responsible for managing vendor and consultant relationships, coordinating plan implementations, and collaborating with employers to deliver innovative solutions.
Kelly’s previous experience includes working as a benefits consultant. She specialized in strategizing with employers on developing innovative solutions to create employee benefit programs that support each client’s overall business goals while containing costs.
Kelly earned her psychology degree from the University of Missouri. She is a licensed Chartered Benefit Consultant and holds her Life, Accident and Health Insurance license.
