Alex Pantelas, MBA, CEBS

Alex is a client solutions executive supporting self-insured employers nationwide. In this role, he provides tailored guidance to benefits professionals, helping Employers Health clients proactively and collaboratively manage relationships with pharmacy benefit managers (PBMs) and additional employee benefits providers while driving strong client satisfaction and retention. He works closely with employers to assess plan needs, identify opportunities for improvement and facilitate strategic discussions that enhance overall benefits performance. Through ongoing relationship management and consultative support, Alex helps organizations navigate the complexities of pharmacy and employee benefits to achieve sustainable, long-term results.

Alex is a United States Marine Corps veteran. Following his honorable discharge from the military, he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in health sciences with a minor in psychology from The Ohio State University, graduating summa cum laude. While at Employers Health, he continued to advance his education by earning a Master of Business Administration degree from Fitchburg State University and received his Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS) designation through the Wharton School. Outside of work, Alex enjoys spending time with family and friends, exploring the outdoors and cheering on the Cleveland Browns. He is actively involved in the community, serving as vice president of a local nonprofit veterans’ organization.
