Alex Pantelas, MBA
Alex is a client solutions executive supporting self-insured employers nationwide. He delivers tailored guidance to benefits professionals, ensuring proactive, collaborative management among Employers Health clients, their PBMs and other benefit partners while maintaining strong satisfaction and retention. Additionally, he analyzes client needs, identifies opportunities for plan improvement and facilitates strategic discussions to enhance overall benefit performance. Through ongoing relationship management, Alex helps employers navigate the complexities of pharmacy benefits to achieve sustainable, long-term results.
Alex is a five-year United States Marine Corps Veteran, where he earned two Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medals, as well as two meritorious promotions. Following his honorable discharge from the military, Alex obtained his Bachelor of Science degree in health sciences from The Ohio State University, with a minor in psychology, graduating summa cum laude. While employed at Employers Health, he furthered his education by obtaining a Master of Business Administration degree from Fitchburg State University. In his free time, Alex enjoys spending time with family and friends, going on outdoor adventures and cheering on the Cleveland Browns.
