Nathan Scavello PwC
Nathan is a director in PwC’s Transformation practice. Based in Philadelphia, Nathan advises employers on the health and welfare components of their total rewards strategy with a specific focus on benefits architecture and design, total rewards analytics, cost savings and private exchanges. Nathan consults on a variety of topics including health and welfare strategy, design and implementation, benefits administration services, employee preference analytics and private exchange strategy.
Nathan has over 20 years of process improvement, strategy and people and project management experience applied across a variety of mediums including mergers and acquisitions and total rewards. Previously, Nathan served as the manager of health and welfare benefits of a large multinational company with U.S. headquarters in NYC. He managed the benefits portfolio for their 15,000 employees, negotiating financial arrangements with their vendor partners and assisting in the deployment of an engagement survey and the subsequent benefits design changes derived therefrom. He earned his MBA from Columbia Business School in 2013.
