Kyle Burcher, PharmD, RPH Eli Lilly and Company
Kyle Burcher is a senior director in the Lilly Employer organization at Eli Lilly and Company. In this role, he works closely with employers, consultants and coalitions, helping them expand covered access to obesity management medications. He understands the tensions and demands employers and their plan participants face when looking to cover these medications and brings solutions that meet those challenges and create positive customer experiences.
Kyle’s career spans the full healthcare ecosystem: from formulary strategy and managed care at UnitedHealthcare and Optum Rx, to pharmacy benefit design for Fortune 100 clients at Willis Towers Watson, to market access and pharmacy operations leadership at Medtronic. That cross-functional perspective informs how he approaches relationships and problem-solving with Lilly customers.
Kyle holds a Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) from the University of Georgia and a Bachelor of Business Administration in finance from Georgia Southern University. He maintains a pharmacist license in Minnesota and a producer/broker license in Georgia. Outside of work, Kyle enjoys traveling, hiking, skiing, pickleball and dog agility competitions with his two Belgian Malinois, Hugo and Biscuit.
