As vice president, pharmacy consultant at Excelsior Solutions, Kim is a strategic consultant for pharmacy benefits, overseeing client and vendor relationships while developing personalized pharmacy programs. Kim is highly skilled in health plan and employer pharmacy benefit management arrangements. She brings nine years of leadership experience from multiple pharmacy coalitions. Through her various roles, she supported over 30 large employers through several different pharmacy benefit arrangements and managed health plans ranging in size, region and line of business. She also brings over a decade of leadership experience in human resources across small organizations and Fortune 100 companies. Kim holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in management from Purdue University and a Master of Business Administration from Benedictine University.
