Joanna Balogh-Reynolds, DNP Progyny
Joanna is a doctoral-trained registered nurse currently serving as the vice president, product strategy at Progyny. She spent 10 years at Cigna Healthcare, where she held multiple leadership roles. Prior to joining Progyny, Joanna served as vice president, clinical consulting and national corporate well-being solution leader at Segal.
Her expertise includes helping plan sponsors with specific health care issues pertinent to medical coverage, plan design, quality of care, mental well-being and substance use, value-based care design, social determinants of health and digital therapeutics. In her current role, she is focused on Progyny’s multi-year product roadmap. Joanna works to identify opportunities to expand offerings and address overlooked and underserved conditions.
