Evelyne Giguere, FSA, MAAA Employer Direct Healthcare
Evelyne Giguere is senior vice president of consultant relations at Employer Direct Healthcare (EDH), an organization dedicated to changing health care delivery in the U.S. She joined the EDH team in 2023 and works with benefits consultants across the country to amplify EDH’s value proposition.
Before joining EDH, Evelyne was a senior director in WTW’s health and benefits consulting practice in Boston, where she led many successful client relationships and helped employers navigate the complex benefits environment. In her previous role as a northeast sales leader, she developed new business plans for both prospects and current clients, planned marketing events to expand WTW’s footprint and developed a local sales culture to help the team be successful.
Nationally, Evelyne led WTW’s hospital/health care vertical, overseeing a team of more than 50 senior consultants focused on delivering exceptional value to hospitals and health systems. The vertical helps consultants stay connected to discuss hot topics, develop intellectual capital, brainstorm solutions for hospital clients’ unique challenges and expand WTW’s footprint nationally.
Evelyne earned a bachelor’s degree in actuarial mathematics from Concordia University in Montreal, is a fellow of the Society of Actuaries and a member of the Academy of Actuaries.
