Cody is currently a benefits manager at Genentech, Inc. He has been with the organization for over nine years and joined the U.S. Total Rewards team in March 2020. He leads health improvement benefit programs and initiatives offered nationally to 22,000 U.S. Roche and Genentech employees and their eligible dependents.
