Christina Ha Lockton
Christina has over 10 years of experience in employee benefits consulting and has spent the last eight years solely focused on pharmacy benefits. As the pharmacy practice leader for Lockton’s Midwest Series, she develops, oversees and implements effective strategies for employers to lower their drug costs and improve clinical outcomes. With over 300 RFPs completed during her career at Lockton, Christina is highly experienced with the complex pharmacy benefit manager (PBM) marketplace and has extensive knowledge of vendor benefits and program options. Her expertise includes cost containment strategies such as specialty carve-outs, specialty prior authorization carve-outs, alternate funding, reference-based pricing, J-code blocking, plan design, and coupon programs.
Christina stays up to date with emerging market trends to ensure employers stay informed in a quickly changing pharmacy landscape and that benefits stay competitive. She earned a Bachelor of Science in economics at Texas State University. Additionally, she is a dedicated member of the Academy of Managed Care Pharmacy.
