Rebecca Lich Lockton
Rebecca Lich is a senior vice president at Lockton. In this role, she is responsible for strategy, growth and delivery of pharmacy consulting services for Lockton’s Mountain West and Pacficic Series. A residency-trained clinical executive, she brings more than 18 years of pharmacy benefits experience, including leadership, consulting, sales and account management for health plans, employer groups and specialty pharmacy organizations.
In her role, Rebecca advises employers and health plans on pharmacy benefit strategy, including procurement and renewals, clinical program development, specialty drug strategies and audits. She works closely with C-suite executives, human resources and finance leaders to evaluate pharmacy trends, identify cost-management opportunities and implement practical solutions. She also trains consultants and producers on pharmacy benefit strategies and mentors PharmD and PhD candidates at the University of Colorado.
Before joining Lockton, she held several clinical and account leadership roles at Express Scripts, where she worked with health plans to develop formularies, clinical programs and specialty pharmacy strategies and supported initiatives to improve outcomes and manage pharmacy spend. She currently serves as a clinical assistant professor at the University of Colorado Skaggs School of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences and as a preceptor for the Skaggs School of Pharmacy and St. Louis College of Pharmacy. She holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Missouri–St. Louis and a Doctor of Pharmacy degree from St. Louis College of Pharmacy.
