As the marketing design and communication specialist, Rory Culbertson works with Employers Health’s marketing team to ideate and execute new and existing initiatives while maintaining and ensuring organizational brand standards. His responsibilities include designing all current visual needs and the development of new visual tools to help communicate Employers Health’s mission.
Rory graduated from The University of Akron with a bachelor’s in graphic design. He worked 11 years with the non-profit National Inventors Hall of Fame and was key in the development of all design assets as well as building a design department during a period of exponential growth. During his time leading the design team at the Hall of Fame they were awarded with four Gold and three Silver AAF Addy Awards. In his free time, Rory has worked with several non-profit organizations doing pro-bono design work and stays connected with the arts community.
