In her role as associate counsel, Madison is responsible for performing corporate legal functions and contracting, legal research related to new and ongoing group purchasing programs and supporting fee-based consulting projects. She also monitors state legislative reform as it pertains to the PBM industry and ERISA plan sponsors.
She obtained her bachelor’s degree from the University of Toledo and her Juris Doctor from The University of Akron School of Law, where she also obtained a Health Law Certificate. Prior to law school, she worked as a provider operations coordinator for WellCare Health Plans. During law school, Madison worked as a law clerk at the Canton City Law Department and completed a health law externship at Brouse McDowell LPA. Additionally, she was a frequent volunteer at various pro bono legal clinics.
